Boronia House specializes in baby showers and bridal showers and can also cater to birthday parties for all ages and any other occasion that requires a unique event space for you and your guests.
With capacity from a minimum of 10 guests up to 130 the options are many and varied as Boronia House has several unique event spaces available for hire within the venue itself.

The Boronia Room on level one is cosy and intimate opening onto our wrap around balcony with ornate iron latticework and a leafy home amongst the gum trees feel. With seating for a maximum of 18 guests and minimum of 10 it is completely private and perfect for smaller groups.
The Heritage Room is our main private function space located on level one of Boronia House. Set in the treetops of Reservoir Park with large bay windows catching plenty of natural light, high pressed zinc ceilings and chandeliers The Heritage Room offers a serene private environment for enjoying an afternoon of high tea. Access to our wrap around balcony for pre lunch drinks is also available in the warmer months. The Heritage Room is completely private and can host up to 70 guests seated with a minimum of 20 guests required to book the space. For larger groups the entire first floor can host up to 100 guests seated combining both The Heritage and Boronia Rooms
The Garden Room on the ground floor is able to accommodate up to 30 guests in the main restaurant dining area with a minimum of 14 guests required to book the space. With Australian hardwood floors dating back to 1885, an antique marble fireplace and looking out to the beautifully manicured gardens of Reservoir Park this is a truly unique space for any occasion.
The 1885 Room on the ground floor is able to accommodate up to 50 guests in complete privacy with a minimum of 30 guests required to book the space. It has a light filled northerly aspect and a private side entrance from the verandah to make this space your own bookable private restaurant for the afternoon.
To secure your requested space we require a 50% deposit on confirmation of your booking based on your best estimation of attendances with the room remaining unconfirmed until a deposit is received. All booking deposits are non refundable as once received your deposit precludes us from selling the space to any other potential client. Final payment can be made either prior to or on the day of your event based on final numbers provided to us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the commencement of your event.
