These bespoke menus are ideal for formal boardroom lunches and dinners or private lunches and dinners, whether impressing clients or treating family members and friends to a very special meal.

Our menus are designed using the best of fresh and quality produce.

These lunches or dinners require one or more of our experienced chefs to prepare each individual course.

Pacific oyster plate au natural with lumpfish caviar

French onion soup with gruyere crouton

Petit spanner crab cakes, fine herb salad and citrus mayonnaise

Sesame seed tuna on fennel salad

Eggplant and mozarella fritters with a spicy tomato chutney

Smoked trout, daikon and carrot ribbon salad with an orange creme

Cream of sweetcorn soup with smoked chicken and herb cream

Chicken liver pate with port wine jelly, toasted brioche and fig jam

Classic prawn cocktail with dill

Alternate servings are $2 per person/course

MAINS – $39.00

Petit leek and goats cheese tart with a toasted walnut salad

Pan seared  sirloin with pepper and garlic butter, thyme roast potatoes and broccolini

Roast barramundi on hokkien noodles with stir fried vegetables, soy and sesame

Fricasse of wild mushrooms with parpardelle and parmesan

Miso glazed salmon with soba noodles and pickled cucumber

Cassoulet of beef and root vegetables on steamed jasmine rice with peppered sour cream

Charred  chicken breast on a bed of fruity cous cous

Beef eye fillet on Paris mash with red wine jus and  buttered green beans

    Spaghettini with peas, bacon, and a lemon cream sauce
